Building SMS Content in the Authoritive Platform

To edit the content within a particular program topic, click on the corresponding arrow. 

This will take you to the Create tab within the Authoritive platform, where all SMS content is written and uploaded.

Begin by writing the text of your first message. You can click here to learn more about writing an effective first message. You can also upload an attachment to this message by selecting the Add Attachment button below the text field. Attachments can include audio files and images. 

In order to add a new message to your sequence, click on the + button directly to the right of your first message. 

This will generate a Reply and Response that you can customize. Click here to learn more about writing effective user replies and response messages.

Creating Branched Replies

You can give users multiple reply options and then respond with custom, tailored responses. To create a branch, click the + button beneath a pre-existing reply.  

A new message will be created, giving you the ability to respond to that specific reply. Make sure both reply options are clear to users in the previous message.
